The shuttle from to and from the airport was really convenient. We travelled to airport daily, however did cab back twice from various places for convenience (think about 40-50rmb from airport - double from Shanghai). Room was large, clean and quiet and staff friendly and willing to use translators. Air con appreciated in the heat. Near the hotel is a small supermarket where we got water and snacks. Around the block are restaurants, a bank and plenty of food options. Found an awesome restaurant at the end of the street and children were in Chinese food heaven!

Good breakfast which starts at 5:45 AM which is pretty good if you have early flight, complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport, spacious room

The location is farther from the Airport than expected and it would be helpful if the shuttle bus picture was shown as was difficult to find it on arrival.

the staff were so helpful. I left my purse during the shuttle transfer at different hotel and they went out of their way to fetch it for me. The staff were amazing. we were on a 18 hour transit so it worked well. breakfast was also great. fantastic value for money. rooms clean. what more do you need after a long flight.

The shuttle airport transfer service was good. It is hassle-free and easy to find. Just follow the instructions to which gate to wait and you can communicate via message apps in booking.com to inform your arrival. The staff may not speak in English, but they use translator apps to communicate. So, no problem for me. They also provide a shuttle to Disneyland. All in all a very good experience. Recommended for value-for-money stay or transit stay.

Really close to the airport, lots of spots around to get food. Staff were helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

I wanted to book a hotel that was close to the Pudong Airport so that it would be easier to catch my connecting flight back to Europe on the next day. The JOYFUL YARD hotel exceeded my expectations. It was nice, clean, and had everything I needed. The shuttle bus service was really convenient. The hotel staff was very nice too.

Very Easy and Comfortable Check in.. The lady at the reception can speak little English and rest she used mobile app for the translation. Facilities are pretty good specially the Airport Shuttle you can take any time from Level 3 of Airport Terminal 1.

Great bed. Great shower. Great breakfast. NOTE THAT SHUTTLE LEAVES TERMINAL 1 FROM GATE 6 DESPITE THE EMAIL THEY SEND WHICH SAYS GATE 8. It leaves at 45 minutes past the hour from Terminal 1.

People very friendly. We could not speak Chinese and they really went out of their way to make things as easy as possible. The shuttle was easy to find at the airport and on time. Took us back to airport the next morning on time. Very clean. Breakfast was very nice.
